Add Printer Via LPSPS1

To add a printer on the print server lpsps1 so that you can print non-google items (word, excel, TPT, PDFs)..

Go to start/search menu bar

Type:  \\lpsps1  (then hit enter)  OR click OPEN

SCROLL through the printer names (or search LMS)

DOUBLE CLICK the Printer you want to install.  Follow the prompts

No need to make shareable from your laptop

Once it is installed you will see the printer on your drop down list showing the printer share name on lpsps1
