  • Open up your file/document

  • Click on the Shift Key + Windows Key + S Key

  • Highlight/select the area you want to capture looking at using “Rectangular or free form snip”  Rectangular usually works just fine.

After you capture the screenshot, it'll be saved to your clipboard and a preview notification will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
