GMAIL (Forwarding or Adding Accounts)
YES -- (1) You can (give access for someone to ADD your account to their GMAIL and they can view it within their GMail) OR (2) You can ADD a forwarding address within your gmail settings if you wanted. **let me know what you would prefer**
To Forward your email
- Open GMAIL
- Click on Settings then All Settings
- THEN you go to Forwarding POP/MAP
This should forward your email to that designated email person.
TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR THEM TO VIEW WITHIN THEIR GMAIL. I can set this up - but you would have to tell me the password -- they don't need to know it, but I can know it to set it up.
The user would go to their GMAIL Settings/All Settings
Click on ACCOUNTS
Then Click on ADD A MAIL ACCOUNT
They would need to enter your email address (press Next)
Then fill out below -- they will need your google password in order to do this
