Send in a Ticket

If you are unable to access your gmail, or otherwise unable to use the following method, you can send an email from any email to to log a ticket. However please attempt this method if able:

click the Lynnfield folder in the bookmarks bar once signed in and synced to chrome, and select tech ticket


Click submit a ticket and follow the prompts to fill in and send a ticket. Before hitting submit a ticket, checkout our many knowledgebase articles to see if your issue has a fix already documented.

You can also hit view existing tickets, and enter the tracking id. You will receive an email that has the id when the ticket is created, and you will receive emails when the ticket is updated. In that email, there will also be a link to view updates on the ticket directly. Please check in and respond when ticket updates are provided.
