How to Reset your Windows Password

Hit ctrl - alt - delete keys (at the same time)

You will see the above menu, click change a password and you will see the following webpage open up. Please select your lynnfield microsoft account:

At this point if you see anything asking for security questions, or asking to setup up two factor authentication, you should also see a skip button in the bottom right hand corner. Please click that. This should not happen in most cases but depending on previous setup, it may. 

You should then see the following screen on the webpage. Enter in your old password and then enter your new password twice to confirm. Then hit submit and you are done. Your new password  will work on your windows machine.
